Carrier: We ship all orders via Australia Post.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Delivery Times:
Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on parcel size, weight, and destination.
Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been dispatched. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au.
Delivery Areas: We ship Australia-wide. International shipping is not currently available.
Undeliverable Parcels: If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional postage fees may apply.
