Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items: Sale items, gift cards, and perishable goods.

Process: Contact us to initiate a return. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges: We replace defective or damaged items. Email us at admin@abbeyfootwear.com.au to arrange an exchange.

Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
