Insert into your shoe with the lambswool facing up. Discontinue use if discomfort or irritation occurs. If irritation persists, seek medical advice. Do not use in contact with broken or irritated skin. Do not use if you have a latex allergy.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS:
Hand wash in warm soapy water (30°C). Dry flat, away from direct heat. Not recommended for machine washing.
